Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at this cabin was unfortunately disappointing. While the location offered a beautiful view, the cleanliness and maintenance of the cabin left much to be desired. Dust and dirt were prevalent, and we had issues with hot water and outdated facilities. Customer service was unhelpful, which added to our frustration. Given the high price we paid, it’s hard to recommend this place despite its potential.
My experience at this resort was disappointing. The cabin was dusty and unclean, with a lack of basic amenities like enough cutlery and functioning appliances. Although the location was great near the creek and Smoky Mountain NP, I wouldn't consider it value for money at $200 per night given the cleanliness and service issues.
We had a wonderful stay at the stream-side cabin. It was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The only downside was the unexpected issues with hot water. Overall, it was a delightful experience, though there were some service challenges that could be improved.
